As the founder and manager of Carisma Collective, Carisa is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), Licensed Special Education Teacher, and PhD Candidate at the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee.

Carisa specializes in evidenced-based behavioral interventions that support communication, social engagement, independence, and daily living skills. She is deeply committed to partnering with families to ensure an ethical, culturally responsive, and family-centered care that promotes meaningful progress across home, school, and community settings.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She loves learning new skills  and recharging in nature..
